Odd Lot Entertainment has hired former First Look Studios topper William Lischak as COO.
The 6-year-old indie production and financing company founded by Gigi Pritzker and Deborah Del Prete also has upped Linda McDonough to executive vp production and development.
The shingle, which recently moved its offices to Culver City, has hired Natalya Petrosova as vp finance, Eryl Woodlief as vp development and acquisitions, Delphine Perrier as director of legal affairs, contract administration and collections and Michael Urann as sales, marketing and acquisitions coordinator for foreign sales division Odd Lot International.
As CFO, COO and president of First Look, Lischak helped the company grow into a major independent. During his two-decade tenure, he facilitated multimillion-dollar lines of credit, arranged multiple rounds of private-equity investments, courted film production financing arrangements and brought the company public in 1996. Before First Look, he worked as an accountant at Laventhol & Horwath.
Pritzker praised Lischak as “a significant voice in the growth, expansion and presence of independent film production worldwide.”
Petrosova worked as a consulting manager of finance and operations at THQ, where she played an instrumental role in the creation of its wireless division. Woodlief segues to Odd Lot from Aurora Prods., where she was vp production and development. Perrier served as director of legal affairs and contract administration at Mandate Pictures, where she oversaw international licensing agreements. Urann joins Odd Lot International after serving as international distribution coordinator at Media 8 Entertainment.
