'Real Housewives of Miami' Prepares for Official Return!

If you’ve watched more than two or three Real Housewives franchises, you’ve probably noticed something: all of the women in each of the show’s different cities tend to all have the same skin tone.

It’s not subtle when you look at it: from the white RHONY ladies to Potomac’s Black women, it’s clear that diversity wasn’t at the top of the list when it came to casting. In fact, with a Pacific Islander and a Black woman rounding out the otherwise white cast, RHOSLC is the most diverse cast so far.

But now that Real Housewives of Miami is back, we may finally be seeing more casting diversity.
